This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and Codexlaza (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered and operating in India, regarding the use of our software, digital products, or services (collectively, the “Software”). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations in India.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Codexlaza retains all ownership rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Updates and Modifications

Codexlaza may provide updates, enhancements, or modifications to the Software at its sole discretion. Any updates or modifications provided are considered part of the Software and subject to this Agreement.

5. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Codexlaza may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your systems.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Codexlaza does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Codexlaza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.

9. Amendments

Codexlaza reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective upon posting.
